Great Yard Sale Day

Here are my yard sale finds for today. All are marked .925 and the long necklace with the 14k gold charm is by David Yurman...paid $10 and it goes for close to $300 on Ebay. All others paid .25 to $2. The pearls are freshwater with turquoise and sterling clasp

Nice! I always keep an eye out but have yet to find any good jewelry at sales. Did alright on other items though last weekend and this. (Hit a few on the way to work) Will get an easy two grand when I have time to sell this winter. Grand total I paid...$68.25. (I keep track)

always makes me wonder how people can sell silver or gold jewelry for a few bucks. Do they not see the marks, do they not know, or do they just not bother?
I have yet to find any bling at the yard sale with a stamp on it for a reasonable price.
I guess the biggest problem is that 95% of yard sale items here in Utah are baby clothes/toys (at least in my area, where the average kids count seems to run at about 8.5 per family).
