Need some help trying to ID/date these. Found the fork on an old livestock farm next to an outbuilding cellar hole. 3-prong and iron so i was thinking civil war era? The spoon bowl i found on a different farm which dates back to 1740. Looks like pewter perhaps? Any help is appreciated!

Spoon Bowl ID'd

After some more cleaning i was able to decipher some writing on the backside. Looks to be a Oneida Carlton Silver Plated Teaspoon. Early 1900's.

If anyone has any insight on the fork it is welcomed. It's in pretty rough condition but the 3-prongs plus the general shape seems to put it civil war era from researching it. But then again, i originally thought the spoon bowl was 150 years older than it is
