Wow, sorry to hear old posts like that are still floating around the web.

Yeah, April-May of 2008 was a tough time for the forum. I mean real tough. i wouldn't wish what happened to us, to happen to anyone!

If it seems to you that our members are "rather protective" of the forum, that is the reason why.

I ditto what you said above. An adventure I don't wish to be repeated, except for one thing. The camaraderie and esprit de corps of the members as we rallied around a temporary forum you and Vlad set up, to keep everyone abreast of what was happening and to round up unsuspecting members that thought they where posting on the site rather than the hacked site, was indescribable. Even the sneak entries into the hacked web site to post warning messages to the members, at the risk of picking up a worm was exciting. Though it was the worst of times, it was also the best of times.
