Hello all, I want to share this story that happened last week. On monday 19 my dad lost his gold chain with three golden pendants in the beach at waist deep water( BTW we are in summer here in Peru) when he was ducking to avoid a wave. This chain had also sentimental value becuase one of those pendants belonged to my late grandfather, unfortunately that day I didnt have my detector, because I have not been detecting much lateley. My dad was sad that he lost for second time his chain, he lost another one in Miami. The thing is that this time we had a more or less a precise location where it was lost. My dad was very reluctant for me to search for his chain, but I said that at least I will try it, he had nearly no hope of finding it. The thing is we returned to the beach last saturday with my Equinox 600 and the good thing was that the tide was low, So I went to the designated area and started to swing, I was there for 30 minutes, but couldnt find anything, this beach is very clean, there wasnt even trash. I left the water and went to the umbrella to drink and eat somenthing. After some minutes I returned to the water with my mom, and started to swing again and this time we hit the jackpot, solid 12-14 in the Nox. I submerged my hand in the wet sand, couldnt find it at first and then in second time, I felt a chain in my hand and when I brought it up, I saw the gold shining and knew I had found what I was looking for, I couldnt believe it, the sensation and feeling was indescribable, there was a rush of emotions and adrenaline, I felt like the luckiest person on earth. I then ran as fast as I can to the umbrella where my dad and other members of my family were, then my wife snapped the picture with me holding my detector and the chain.

Also I am adding a picture of the the chain in my hands for you to appreciate the details

PS: The chain that was lost in Miami had a similar pendant as the one in the left, the one that is round in the top and straight in the bottom, it was lost on April 2021 in the beaches arround 5601-5701 collins Ave, at wait deep water if someone want to find it and is found, there can be nice reward for it. That chain has alot of sentimental value.
