There's a club in Riverside, last I heard, if I'm not mistaken. Eg.: Brick & mortar club, with meetings, etc....

4th tuesday of the month at the elks lodge in Riverside.

Hemet has been detected pretty hard but I know there are still finds coming from spots there. Keep your eye out for old lots and detecting them when they get plowed.
