    Hello from Indiana

Hi everybody, I am new to the forum and to metal detecting. I will be moving around a bit from Indiana to Texas, Iowa and maybe Florida this year. I took a trip to Florida last month, did a little beach detecting and found this 925 necklace in the dry. The real find was a Minelab Quattro on...

Class ring returned - lost for 52 years

It was September 1964 when my dad lost his high school class ring (and his finger) in a farming accident. Unknown Ford part

My first find of 2017. It's stamped with the Ford logo but not sure what part it's from. I found it at a farm site dating back to the 1800s. Looks like it's made of brass and is about 2 inches long.

    Intro from Indiana

Hello all. I'm a beginner detectorist from Indiana. I've started out detecting my parents farm the past year with a BH Discovery 3300. So far mostly average finds but did find my first silver last week -- a 1926 Mercury. I love finding old relics about as much as finding coins. My family...
