This has been 3 years in the making. The club started in 1904, and the range used to be the old football field up until 1920.
Anyone local that wants an opportunity of a life time hit me up. The coins are in abundance and the view is phenomenal

I was able to detect our local course for a couple if years but then it sold last fall. Good luck! Lucky! You will definetly find some good rings.

Just protect your detector. Used to run heavy machinery building watering systems at golf courses. Golfers tried to hit the front end loader almost daily. My boss used to golf with Mark mcCumber. Got hit in the groin and was hospitalized for three days urinating blood
If I didn't have to get my wife's sister from a friends I would have been freezing out their until the morning.

The ferry to Port townsend is easy and we can go nuts! Not too often we get the opportunity to do a golf course, so I don't plan on being stingy with letting people join in. Especially our FMDF family!

Reading that made me wince.
My FIRST plug was a 24 merc that looks AU at 2" and the Wheaties I was getting were from the 20's all less than 4" and they are coming out in GREAT condition for some reason
Rumor has it I'm the first person to ever put coil to the soil coin shooting. The club owns machine they use to locate sprinkler heads, but he said to his knowledge no one has ever went looking for coins and jewelry.
I am going to make a kick ass shadow box display for them full of all the stuff I find.
