I think I now have 3 or 4 SWL reports. I've sent them back QSL cards, acknowledging their reception. My most recent ones have been to France (40M) and Germany (15M). I have no idea what was going on with the french report, because I only run 5 watts, and my antenna is too low to the ground to be effective for DX on 40M.

If you get any, please be sure to answer them. I've heard that in some countries, people desiring a ham radio license must log time doing shortwave listening, and prove it with QSL cards.
