Hello again. My great great grandpa (James Lewis Knaus) owned a resort right off the waters of Indian Creak in Lanagan MO. I do not know a whole lot about this resort but I have been there, I have seen it, and I know that it is VERY old. (late 1800s-early 1900s) anyway FORTUNATELY the land is privately owned by a person who i know and they will let me on this land (ignore the no trespassing signs)
But I've had permission there many of times and I'm SURE I can get permission to go again.
A little info:
There are 3 of the 8 buildings still standing (with things still inside) the 5 that aren't still standing are mainly rotted away with only foundation left. This is a very awesome place and was very popular. It is very hard to find information on this place so if you find anything please let me know!
