Well the time almost upon us Buckeyes. I know M-scope will be out there with a flame thrower and his lesche But whats everyones plans to stay busy when the snow starts to stack? I plan on doing some CRH, hitting up indoor flea markets, and craigslist hunting with a large side of RESEARCH! also some snowman making in there somewhere

...No Flamethrower...But thats an Idea!..Yep, I'll be out there until the freeze reaches into the soil about 2/3 inches thick and I cant break through with my Yo-Hoe... I sold my last(2nd) Fisher F75 LTD/SE like a dummy..It could still/easily reach down deep through around 4" of white(amazing machine) but when the snow gets deeper than that, and grounds froze, I give up and work on putting on another layer of fat too keep warm!...I'm a heavy equipment operator(Excavator) will probably be working alot this winter. Usually I'm layed-off all winter and Bow hunt,Ice-fish,work on sampling my home-made wine and detect as much as I can, but not lookin like a lay-off here any time soon...Currently, I'm tryin to get out as much as I can, whenever/wherever I can before the weather changes to bad...I keep an Old Fisher CZ 6 around just for wet days, its pretty much water resistant so the rain doesnt stop me unless its Lightning and/or a downpour.....Gotta Keepa Runnin!.....

iam new at this but i know when it starts freezing the ground its time to call it a year. time to stop hunting treasure and time to hunt deer. ive only been md for a few months but love found a silver dime and nickle and and a weatie.all most forgot and tons of junk. got big hunts lined up for next year civil war farm, 1800 goast town.
