I contacted the Chief of police, Bill Robinson and the City Clerk, Calvin Wohler about detecting public property in Clay Center and was told by Calvin Wohler, City Clerk

PUBLIC PARK CURFEW. All City Parks shall be closed to all activity between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
